Your handmade rug could potentially arrive ahead of the estimated delivery date. At RugZar, we strive to offer a smooth and timely shipping experience to our customers. We primarily use trusted carriers such as DPD and DHL to ship our luxury handmade rugs, ensuring that your order reaches you in the most efficient way possible. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.
Return Policy
Easy Returns
At RugZar, we take pride in our flexible return policy, designed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely comfortable with the rug you purchased from our store, we invite you to reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. If you do this, we will be happy to initiate a refund for you. Please note that after this 14-day period, RugZar will no longer be responsible for any purchases.
