Every custom piece is worked directly with the weaving family producing it — size, color palette, and weave density tailored to your project, not selected from a fixed catalog.
Custom orders take additional production time beyond our standard delivery window, since each piece is hand-knotted from scratch. Your timeline is confirmed once we understand your requirements.
A deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due prior to shipping. Full payment terms are shared once we've discussed your project.
Once you submit an inquiry, our team responds within 2–3 business days to walk through sizing, palette, and timeline.
