How To Order

Ordering from RugZar is simple. Here's exactly what to expect, step by step.


Step 1

Browse the Collection

Click into any rug to see full-size images, pricing, and product details, size, material, origin, and condition.

Since every rug is one of a kind, availability can change quickly. If a piece you loved sells out before checkout, reach out, we're happy to help you find something similar.


Step 2

Add to Cart

Select "Add to Cart" on the product page. Your rug is added to your cart, shown in the top right of the site.

On mobile, tap the basket icon on the screen to view your cart and continue to checkout.


Step 3

Review Your Cart

Once you've added everything you want, click "Checkout" from your cart to proceed.


Step 4

Checkout as a Guest or Log In

Returning customers can log in with their email and password. First-time customers can create an account, or check out as a guest, no account required to complete a purchase.


Step 5

Choose Your Payment Method

Pay securely with a credit or debit card via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay, depending on what's available in your browser and region.

Your payment is processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout, the same technology used by major retailers worldwide.


Step 6

Confirmation & Processing

You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away. We prepare your order for shipping within 1–2 business days.

Step 7

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or DTDC depending on your location, with delivery typically taking 7–9 business days worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in the order total.
